A New Leaf contracts with area employers to afford a community-based vocational program to the individuals we serve. With the assistance of a job coach, individuals work at area businesses providing numerous services. The program helps clients foster self-esteem, confidence in their abilities, and allows them to contribute to the community in which they live. A New Leaf clients work at Doubletree Hotel, Meals on Wheels, Jewish Federation, and GUTS Church to name a few. Every day, clients are working in the community, providing services, and earning a wage from A New Leaf.

In addition, many A New Leaf clients enjoy working on our Plant Maintenance crew. Five days a week clients travel around the Tulsa MSA to area businesses to maintain their live, indoor plants. Clients water plants and ensure all plants are healthy. Many businesses report that they enjoy this service because of the daily interaction they get to have with A New Leaf clients. Clients provide plant maintenance service to businesses such as Hilti, Oklahoma Natural Gas, AVB, Bishop Kelley, and many more.

If you are a business located in the Tulsa MSA and would like your business to be a community work site for our clients or would like to receive plant maintenance services, please contact A New Leaf today!
