A New Leaf Transition Academy provides on campus and off campus work-based learning experiences related to these occupations: Office Administration, Culinary Arts & Facilities Maintenance
Work-Based Learning l - Year 1
Students will have 2 non-paid on-campus WBL experiences. This is their resume builder year.
Time-frame: 4 weeks – 8 weeks | 8 weeks - 12 weeks
Work-Based Learning ll - Year 2
Students have 1 paid WBL off-campus or 1 non-paid WBL experience that turns into a permanent job prior to graduation.
Time-frame: no less than 4 weeks
